Darian L. Conston Sr.
Darian handles criminal defense and civil matters for Cochran Texas in the Houston area. Criminal practice areas range from Class B. misdemeanors to capital murder. Civil practice areas include slip-and-fall, auto accident as well as breach of contract to name a few.
Why He Cares
Being the son of a homicide detective, Darian had the opportunity early in life to witness the reality of criminal society. He also had the opportunity to see first hand how the American justice system impacts lives, livelihoods, and futures. It is for these reasons that Darian decided to dedicate his life to the pursuit of equality in the justice system for all individuals regardless of any potentially discriminatory characteristic.Darian lives by the mantra “I love everyone and I want everyone to love everyone.”
